Fitness is not a magic mantra or an instant cup of coffee. Its a calculated life long investment that pays continuous dividends. Being and staying fit has no age barrier. 


I am a ballroom dancer, dancing socially and in local US competitions as a hobby, since 2009. I have had an IT desk job for all of my 18 years of work career which calls for limited weekly activity 9-5.

My fitness regime includes :

  • 4 week (minimum) home workout schedule.
  • No equipment! Just a yoga mat.
  • 10-15 minutes every day!
  • Build an online community and share the schedule to create virtual buddies, as and when applicable. 
  • Adopt and create healthy, quick and tasty meals.
  • Follow ups.
